My complaint:
i phone 10 vey poor call quality drops calls. i need my phone for contact with my elderly mother, i have a medical issue as well.
1 phone 10 is not dependable. poorly designed.
Suggested solution:
gt help to fix my phone, or replace it. xfinity is impossible to contact. apple says phone is ok
