My complaint:
Apple have refused to change my address, leaving me in limbo for two days. I tried to change my address 5 times. I have spoken to DPD who only needed them to the new address. They have refused to find my address which is a new build and is recognised by Royal Mail. Everytime I phone I’ve been made to cry and get more and more upset. They won’t put me through to a complaints manager. They have lied and told me it’s resolved when they have done nothing.
Suggested solution:
I want my two invoices for my professional time that has been wasted by Apple. Everytime I phone there is no one who can actually help or listens. The moment I mention loss of earnings they put the phone down. This is not DPDs fault this is Apple purposely cutting calls, ignoring how upset they are making me. I want my refund, the compute and the cost for my time
