Bought a new iphone 12
FACE ID will not work and after multiple hours in chat with support was referred to a technician
called off hours and then when I call back he left me hanging in the phone when I told his I wanted a refund
went online and got a return back since item was new
iPhone user more than 4 family member for more than 15 years.. a lot of iphones and ipads
Second iPhone that fails both with face IF defeature, first one new
Suggested solution:
NO they just left me hanging on phone
ask for Refund online and since new less than 5 days they took it back
quality of iPhone is decreasing. Maybe is time to change the whole family to other brand. Samsung ?
