Hope you are well!
Please can you assist me, I purchased an iPhone at your pavilion store, but am a loyal customer to the gateway shopping mall branch about a month back, I had paid for it in cash, only for them to open the box and find it was damaged. The sales consultant assured me he would replace the devices, but was currently out of stock and I had to wait, only to go back to the store and for them to have no knowledge of who I was, and the consultant no longer was employed at the store. Unfortunately I didn’t have the receipt, because the consultant advised me, he would use it to sort out the new device with a swop. I have never been so disappointed in my life.
Suggested solution:
Please can you complete an investigation and I have the device, that I rightfully paid for.
