My complaint:
I am so frustrated and disappointed with apple support. My 14 yr old daughter has forgotten her Apple ID password and we hv limited access to the phone number given at that point of time !! I hv repeatedly called customer support, followed all their instructions, waited 24 hours, then 14 days etc etc etc whatever the system suggested and still no resolution!!! The support staff has no idea what to do. My husband and I hv wasted our time on long calls with them to no avail ! Why can’t they simply reset the password!!! We hv been trying to solve it for a month! It is ridiculous!!! What is the point of making products when you hv no idea how to help resolve issues ! It can’t take more than a month to resolve this ????
