My complaint:
Today a friend I drove more than 1hr. To this store, each of us planning to make a purchase. I 1st went on line to the store was open; the website said walk in to shop…reserve for the Genius Bar or classes. When we arrived, we were told no sales person could assist either of us without an appt, which would not be available for another 2 hrs. Really!! We are both elderly disabled; waiting around for 2hrs was not an option. I’m really outraged by this absolute failure to provide customer service; is Apple so successful that they do not need to treat customers with common decency. Shame on them.
Suggested solution:
Apology; insure that someone is always available to assist a customer.
