My complaint:
I purchased a new apple watch series 7 on Jan 22nd after a few weeks it started drawing every 4 to 6 hours. I have contacted Apple support at least 17 times and got the run around about a limited warranty because I didn’t purchase apple care for extra money, the watch is unuseable and they refuse to replace it
