My complaint:
I paid $991.47 in US currency, the ticket was in US currency of $782.00. TT taxes was $97.80 and CD tax was $10.00, XT tax was $101.67. Nobody can explain what those taxes were for also an agent told me that I did not have to pay a fee for the changes of the ticket. It was already included in the XT tax of $101.67. That is why I am contesting the extra charge for the change of date for my ticket.
Suggested solution:
By examing all the monies that were charged and what paid in US currency.
