My complaint:
Everytime I try to book a reservation, its saying that the transaction failed and that i need to contact Customer Service, in which I did.
And after reaching a couple of agents, they could not tell me the problem, would not even give me a solution. My mileage is expiring soon, and they still could not tell me what is the problem.
Suggested solution:
They should find out what is going on, ASAP, before I lose all my mileage just like that.
