Amazon complaint: Refund not taken care of in timely manner

My complaint:

I purchased two pairs of slippers which where both the same size except stamped different sizes on bottom. They both were too small so I filed a return and boxed both pairs up in same box and shipped back with both Amazon labels on outside of the box and copies inside. Tracking number shows they were received on 110 and clearly states refund would be IN 7 days after received. Well today is the 19th which is clearly 9 days after tracking shows return received.

Suggested solution:

By expediting BOTH REFUNDS for moccasins size 9 and 10 which where returned received Jan 10th. Says refund was to be processed WITHIN 7 days and we are now closing out day 9 and no progress seen on orders of bank account.
