My complaint:
THIS IS THE 3RD REQUEST ABOUT THIS ORDER ABOVE I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER AND I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING THEM AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN BURNED BY AMAZON. THEY DON’T SEND YOUR PRODUCT BUT CHARGE YOU SO THEY KEEP THE PRODUCT AND THE MONIES. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER OR CREDIT ME BACK TO MY ACCOUNT THE MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN OUT. I AM TIRED OF BEING CHEATED BY THIS COMPANY AND I WILL PUT THIS ON FACEBOOK AND EVERYWHERE TO SHOW WHAT AMAZON IS DOING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS MATTER ASAP. THANK YOU

BY NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER WHAT IS GOING ON AND REIMBURSING THE CUSTOMER I LIVE IN A RURAL AREA AND ALWAYS RECEIVED EVERYTHING THAT I ORDER. THIS IS THE THIRD REQUEST AND I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.
