My complaint:

Amazon Fresh Grocery service is junk. Out of about ~4 orders twice it has happened that my order is late, then the site will say my order is out for delivery AFTER waiting for hours then I finally get message that there is an issue with my order, THEN I spend an hour on the phone with your customer service trying to figure out what is going on. I cancelled my last order and will NEVER use your FRESH service again.

I can understand an order having to be rescheduled but to have me wait EXTRA time then having to spend an hour on the phone is extremely poor customer service.

It almost feels like you have drivers who say they are going to pick up orders and never show up BUT you will say the order is on its way. Maybe the order shouldn’t be cleared until it makes it out of your hub. There is a HUGE gap in your process.

Suggested solution:

Fix their system.
