My complaint:
The company charged my debit card ending in 3156 for the amount of $184.69 for items I haven’t ordered and they won’t refund my money back cuz they claim it was shipped to my address but I never got a ation notice about the transaction
Suggested solution:
The should just refund my money when I requested for it instead of denying my refund
