My complaint:
We have been told that the drivers are not allowed to drive up driveway. Due to recent total front lawn renovation in September we have a chain across the driveway half way up. Driver came up driveway as far as chain and instead of backing down driveway he proceeded to turn around by backing onto property sinking his tires in at least 6 inches leaving us a nice mess. This is the second time this has happened, the first time the driver backed up onto our front lawn in our presence.
Suggested solution:
First, drivers need to be instructed that they should not be accessing property by driving up driveway. They should be taught how to drive and there should be consequences if damage is done.
