I’ve had issues with my Amazon cool pad legacy phone since a week and a half after I purchased it. It’s all technical issues. I’ve contacted costumer service 5 times and did the trouble shooting each time like they have advised and walked me through to do. This most recent call I was told that if my phone wasn’t working correctly they would replace it and to call back. When I called back after waiting the 10 mins to turn it back on after trouble shooting it and it not working. The lady was not helpful and rude. After being told it would be replaced after this last failed trouble shooting by the man I spoke to and did trouble shooting with. This next representative told me I needed to send in my phone in to have a tech fix it. I explained I can not go with out a phone I have a 6 yr old in school and if something would.happen they would need to get ahold of me. Plus the last representative told be it would be replaced and why should I send it in and have to pay a cell phone bill for a month when I DNT even have the phone to use. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me one was not available to speak to. So I asked her to give them my number and have them call me when they are available. She said I can’t promise and she will try her best to do that. Poor service and costumer service. They have on file I have called over 5 times about the same issues. All of these issues are within the phone itself. Not a problem I caused. I order from Amazon alot no more.
I want the 1 year warranty to be honored and my phone to be replaced. Not me have to send in my phone to be looked at by a tech that will do the same trouble shooting we have been doing.
