My complaint:
Amazon Music – Amazon you make more than enough money to let your customers have the old version of Amazon back. Was it as comprehensive a selection as others no, but it was a great perk that only Amazon could offer. I was much happier with a limited library and being able to ask to play a particular song or albums. Now I’m forced to listen to shuffled similar music. PLEASE let us go back to the old version. This tactic is not going to encourage people to buy unlimited. It only will encourage them to drop Prime and go to Pandora.
Suggested solution:
PLEASE reconsider letting us go back to the previous version of Amazon Music.
