My complaint:
Amazon, I feel cheated by you (AGAIN!). 1st discontinuing the lifetime free cloud service of your Amazon Cloud Cam. That was nothing compared to your blatant cheating us out of our previously free included Prime Music. Yes, it’s still free, but it’s broken! It repeats the same songs over and over again, and your shuffle makes it worse than other FREE music services. Oh, I can pay to fix it. No thanks. Oh and the price for Prime keeps going up. I never thought Amazon would cheat it’s loyal Prime customers. SHAME ON YOU!
