My complaint:
I am totally disgusted by the change to Amazon Prime Music. I created playlists (taking hours on end), so I could play what I want to hear. Now with the update it plays all of these other songs that I don’t even WANT to hear. How would Amazon think this was a good idea. Now I have to keep listening to repeated ads from Alexa trying to get me to pay $8.99 per MONTH to upgrade and get it back to the way it was. I know the library of songs is larger, but I don’t care about that at ALL. My Amazon Prime membership is ending this month and NOW I’m not going to even renew it. BIG MISTAKE on their part.
Suggested solution:
Change it back to the way it was and ONLY advertise Upgrades by email, not during my Echo use. It is so annoying.
