Amazon Music complaint: Purchased music was removed from my phone and is no longer available

My complaint:

Over a few years, I purchased 23 albums of my favorite music and had it downloaded for playing offline. The music was somehow deleted from my device and now I can’t find it to download.

Suggested solution:

Either make the music I've already purchased available to me or refund the money I paid for the 23 albums in my library.
