My complaint:

Disappointed in new Amazon Music Shuffle, asking more money to Upgrade to pay my own music. You already raised subscription of Amazon Prime and then screwed us on Music! Thinking about canceling Amazon Prime, it is not as affordable and less benefits!

Suggested solution:

Go back to music original platform. Letting me play my music and Let people who want to upgrade to more music. This is trying to force ALL subscribers to pay more, totally ridiculous when we just paid more for Amazon Prime subscription

I agree… all of a sudden my music is not acting the same… the new shuffle feature is forcing me to listen to the music in their order and I can not skip to the next some anymore either. AND music I used to have downloaded is no longer available… what is the deal? Thinking of leaving the platform… Thoughts on how to get things back to the way they were?
