My complaint:
I have been a Prime member since forever and was very happy with the prime music that was offered for free. For the past few months i was offered Music Unlimited which was nice but my free service expired today and HOLY CRAP!! I had NO idea what Amazon did to us poor morons who thought that the free version of prime music would be the same as it ever was-BUT they have taken the entire free version and turned it into a shuffle friggin mess where you have no access to the song that you want to hear-just whatever song pops up from the album that is randomly chosen for you.
Thank the Lord i purchased everything i really wanted as i did this in the event there was some sort of alien invasion or something and i needed access to my music. Along with all of the increased in food delivery and lack of support-i think Amazon needs to get their act together as they take your money for Prime membership and then stick it to you real good. FRAUD

Well they can give me my music back or give me unlimited service for FREE as i Have been with them since they started in 1996 or something like that-cannot swear to the exact date but every time i call the rep always says how they want to thank me for being a Prime Member since the beginning of time and when i tell them how they can thank me i get Ooooh, very sorry cannot do that
