My complaint:

I have been talking to amazon customer services on 3 different acastions I’ve been on the phone for three hours and still no help I don’t have a contract with my amazon music alexa so I’ve been told I’m being charged for this service of 8.99 a month but the subscription is coming our of my mom’s back of 4.99 they are telling me there’s no other account as its been checked my mom has already received a refund now there offering me another refund for 3 months as its still continuing I ordered a film which came out of her back ending 9021i am not getting anywhere with your customer service and I can’t cope with trying to explain all this I’m not coming through my mom’s bank again as her card was canceled already but there telling me they can’t take her card of the system I don’t understand this my email address is pricejulia1600@gmail.com my number is 0754676363936 I am just not getting anywhere so there’s no other account but keep being asked about another address something so easy yet it took 4 phone calls and 3 hours later I will take legal action if this ist but right I have mental health and this is unbelievable stressful

Suggested solution:

By taking card ending 9021 of your system and ending this subscription as I don't have a contact with you I'm not happy as it is stressful
