My complaint:
I keep pestering the owner about my order not arriving. It’s been about 9 months already since I’ve ordered it, and I can’t even refund since the 15 days have been over. The seller keeps telling me they will resolve the issue, but it has been months. I wouldn’t mind if my order wasn’t that expensive, but it’s over 100 dollars.
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund for my order.
