My complaint:
I ordered a few items from AliExpress initially and when I received those items I felt confident about ordering more items. However i realised that for large orders sellers did not deliver the items instead they put wrong tracking information, one item even delivered to US whilst I am based in the UK. I raised these concerns with AliExpress customer care representatives who assured I’ll get the refund but instead at the end of the conversation they sent an email that the money was already released to the seller.
Suggested solution:
By issuing a full refund of the items not delivered
