AliExpress complaint: Unable to get a refund

My complaint:

I ordered a Geekworm Metal Case P579 for Raspberry Pi 5Pi5, Order ID 8184340688807479, that the ad said it accepted a NVMe hat, but my NVMe hat as a GPIO pin extension and does not fit, so I asked for a refund.

USPS tracking shows that shows the case was delivered on February 13. See upload

I could not open a dispute because AliExpress thinks I will return the case. I kept getting email that said waiting for your return until the return window ended. I did a chat each time I received the email and a few times when a day or two went by, at least 8 times and each time I uploaded USP tracking and each time they said I will get a refund.

I did receive one email:
I am your exclusive customer service responsible for following up your case.

As checked, you have not uploaded the return shipping information yet. Please click here to upload
the tracking number accordingly.

When I clink on the link, my ID is not authorized.

The amount of the refund would be for $13.65, but I do not have the case or a refund, even though USPS shows it was delivered.
