My complaint:
I messaged a food truck manufacturer supplier. The seller requested my email because they wanted to send me information that they said couldn’t be sent on the AliExpress platform due to the file not letting them attach it. The seller used that excuse to get me off the platform and take the sale off AliExpress.
The selller and I can to an agreement and they sent me the contract for purchase of 2 food trucks. The seller was supposed to deliver the trucks by 12/23. And now the selller claims the war in the Red Sea is causing the shipping to go up. They refuse to send me the trucks after I paid in full and they refuse to refund me.
I contacted AliExpress and they informed me it’s a scam and not to send more money. AliExpress notified me they have repeatedly violated their terms and policy and continue to allow them to scam people of thousands of dollars. I lost $12520 dollars and Aliexpress refused to be held accountable for allowing them to to continue to sell on their platform.
