My complaint:
I bought a vape pn aliexpress upon receiving it i saw the vape was not working
I reacbed out to the seller and he said he will send me a new one and that I’m to pay for shipping online
He sent me a link to pay when i tried paying
It said blacklisted which i told him
He pleaded that i cancelled the first dispute which i did
He then refused to reply my messages so i opened a new dispute
Now they said i should return the product for refund
And the shipping from Ghana to China ia 38usd
Which i can’t pay such amount
The page stated that the seller must pay for it
And he is refusing to
Same thing i bought a phone the seller brought the phone and it was a fake phone
Had to pay for return shipping fee of 38usd to send it back and uptil now no my refund hasn’t been paid yet
Been texting the supplier ever since and he isn’t replying my messages
In that case i need to be refunded my money thank you
Suggested solution:
They should have read thoroughly before given verdict
I provided lot of evidence yet still they were unfair
I need them to refund me my money
