Aldi complaint: Extremely rude manager

My complaint:

Yesterday my wife I were shopping at Aldi, Waco Tx. We like shopping at Aldi due to the low prices quality of the off brands they carry. This was a 2:12 PM, 82822, refseq 676685. We were being checked out by ****. When completed, we were paying my wife mentioned that she wished the bagels had not been thrown onto the bread hence the bread could get smashed.

To my astonishment, **** sarcastically replied Ha Ha!. This frustrated my wife who turned to her and said this was not funny. Haylie then replied even MORE sarcastically yeah, whatever!! To say we were shocked is an understatement! I asked the girl in the next checkout line if a manager was on site. The girl told me **** IS THE MANAGER!

My wife and I were shocked beyond belief that a manager would actually stoop so low to treat customers this way. We like Aldi, but needless to say, we will not shop there is this manager **** is allowed to continue in her manager role. This is completely unacceptable and I would like this matter handled justly and swiftly. Please let me know what will be done about this. Again, we have never been treated so badly at a store.

Suggested solution:

I would like **** demoted or even terminated for this unacceptable and extremely rude behavior.
