Aldi complaint: Short changed in Burnley Aldi on Princess way

My complaint:

I use Aldi store for shopping about 3 times a week, because its close to my house and i go past it when i go to work.
Cashiers are always rushing customers and i try to put my shopping away as soon as possible and take my wallet out so that i am not holding other customers.
This young lady cashier short changed me £5, few months ago but when i challenged her she refunded me very quickly.
Today as i moved away from till, checked my change and noticed she gave me £3.29 instead of £3.79. I interrupted her while she was serving customer and explained. She gave me £.50 without any argument but it was very embarrassing experience in front several people in queue.
This is 2nd time same cashier has short changed me and i am not happy about this

Suggested solution:

I would like Apology and compensation for embarrassment and time wasting.
