My complaint:
Sometimes when you are in the store the employees aren’t very friendly or helpful and should do better. I’ve noticed not all customers are treated the same because some seem to be treated better than others. This occures mostly at checkout.
Suggested solution:
They should do better and treat all customers the same and not play favorites and treat some better than others especially for repeat customers like regulars. If called out for their rude behavior the should apologize immediately. Every customer should be greated at the checkout with a hello or hi how is your day or how are you doing today and did you find everything all right?
