My complaint:
I spent over $1300 on 5 one way flights from Montreal to LAX on 05-23-2022. I booked these flights on 05-17-2022 and found out we all tested positive for COVID on 05-18-2022. I have been working endlessly along side with Expedia to obtain a refund as i also purchased protection but Air Transat is not offering the refund. A credit will not suffice as we do not know when we’ll be in Canada again. We are a band and lost thousands of dollars due to the pandemic and cannot afford to lose money on a flight that we could not do. I’m beyond furious with this establishment as I’ve been trying to obtain a refund since the 18th of May and have not received a response from them since.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund.
