Air Transat complaint: ticket cancellation and refund

My complaint:

I purchased two tickets, flight from Toronto to Rome, Italy and return from Malaga, Spain on March 16, 2022 for myself and my wife. on May 16 two days before our flight we had to cancel our flight because both of us contracted covid-19 and were sick. I contacted Air Transat and had to pay $350.00 on top of my ticket cost to process our request and give us credit or refund, since then we contacted Air Transat agent more than 10 times and every time they just ask us to call back 24 hours or 48 hours or 10 days, but so far no out come.

Suggested solution:

We would like to be contacted and receive our money back or get credit to buy another tickets.
