My complaint:
my flight was cancelled by you and told as per COVID- 19 that was why i’m Requesting a full refund of flight of $536.71 now being told by travel agent wont be but i wont accept that as also travel agent told me that air transat doesn’t fly out of vancouver bc any more..
i have also prepared a letter for better business bureau also global consumer matters letter
Suggested solution:
i request a full refund of $536.71 as i'm not flying with air transat ever again also as per told they don't fly from vancouver bc any more i would like a responce and will like a responce by the end of fist week of april 2021
