My complaint:
Where do I start – a lot of the issues where out of Air Transat hands which I will amit as COVID had a lot to do with it but the biggest issue I have and I am still having to deal with is that I cannot speak to anyone they refer me back to my travel agent and my travel agent is not the best with providing information and details so i am stuck in the middle with you need to talk to them and travel agent says sorry this is from AIr Transat… I have been bounced around now for over 6 months. We booked a wedding and received a $500 voucher – the voucher date said March 2020 on it – which is incorrect since that is when we got married (expires March 18 2020). So I was told its 14 months then I was told Oct 2021 – We are unable to fly right now as we have split custody so we would need to self isolate upon return and that causes issues with agreement – I am simply looking to see if Air Transat could extend my voucher until Dec 2021 – we plan to book next year provided Covid clears up – if not then we accept the voucher expiry as a loss.
