Air Transat complaint: Compensation

My complaint:

My husband and I booked a trip with trip-central to vacation in Mexico and then with all the publicity with travel advisories decided to pay a 100.00 fee to transat to change our destination to Jamaica. We were excited about our up and coming trip to find out Transat changed our arrival flight time home from arriving in Halifax at 7:40 pm Sunday evening to 2:35 am Monday morning. Both my husband and I work in Moncton on Monday so this flight itinerary did not work for us. Speaking with our agent they said there were no other flights available and that Transat would not reimburse our 463.00 travel insurance that we would now not be using as well as our 200.00 deposit and 100.00 change destination fee.
Manual Life who is the insurance company said they could not waive the insurance fee that it was up to Transat airlines to allow this. Needless to say I spent countless hours for the past few weeks speaking with travel agents, customer service, complaints department to no avail.
I am discouraged to think that anyone be it Transat airlines, or their insurance company or tripcentral would be ok with allowing a customer pay out 763.00 dollars receiving nothing for compensation and Transat being at fault for the change of flight time;apparently knowing full well that this flight was never departing as originally documented on itinerary.
I am requesting full compensation of 763.00 to my visa from Airtransat.

Suggested solution:

Compensation of 763.00 to my Visa not travel voitures as I will not fly with this airlines ever again.
