My complaint:
You are selling hotel packages for Brisas Guaralvaca , Holguin , Cuba for October 1 . But the hotel is closed will not re-open till October 5 at the earliest. You will take the customers money later inform them hotel is not available . Then offer another hotel at a higher price. Almost a scam !
Suggested solution:
Know the products put in correct information . Don't take advantage of customers !
