Air Transat complaint: wrong seating flight 308 Rome Toronto

My complaint:

When we booked our flights we paid a fee for a better seats for both my destinations. Going to Rome was no problem returning we were booked for Isle seat and window seat, instead we go window and middle. I approached the attendant to advise, and she directed me to the attendant in charge. When I was able to speak to her she abruptly brushed me off and told me to deal with it once I land, and just turned away. I told her this was poor customer service on her answer, and her reply was that she did not swear at me. I could not believe she said that because I was polite and I did not even think of swearing because there was no reason to. I walked away from her and just let it go. Just before take off she was attending to the people in first class, I could not believe how she was all over them and buttering them up and telling them the wine will flowing throughout the flight a total change, the lady next to me could not believe the way she was with the first class people. when I got off the flight there was no attendant that I could address this to. Bottom line we did not get the seats we paid for, and the fact that the middle seat was very uncomfortable and to top it off the attendant demonstrated that first class gets better treatment than second was totally devastating.

Suggested solution:

First off the attendant should be advised in the future don't demonstrate that you prefer 1st class people, and as for the seating, there was a reason I chose the Isle for my self, and that's because I suffer from colitis, and need to rush to washroom. I will eave it in your hands on how it should be reimbursed
