My complaint:
I travelled to Toronto from London. While I was there, my wife ( who lives in Canada), had a stroke. I stayed to care for her. Air Transat changed my flight at my first request, but when I needed to change it again, they said that they couldn’t. I explained that I had no income ( due to my extended stay in Canada), and that I was now stuck with no means to get back.
Suggested solution:
Change my flight to May 11, as I requested.
