My complaint:

Since Nov I have 4trips with your company I in option plus,
I booked flight very early, so that my Husband who has dementia, could sit side by side, there was a plane change. putiing us back to Row 7 across the isle, I also booked a seat for. my friend for extra help , she kept her seat, ( 3 seats in row) with 1 extra person our delay that day April 2 2022
From Fll to YYZ was horrendous, especially with an elderly person ( 87who need assistance of a wheelchair, after arriving there was no help. We waited another hour, before we finally got to the exit. we never had any complaints with you, and enjoyed travelling in Club class to the Netherlands. In the near future, try to call us for the changes,
