My complaint:
I am a disabled gentleman and the cabin crew took my and my families hand luggage and put in on the floor at our feet. This left no space for our feet at all. My wife pleaded my case as I am disabled and could not sit like this for 7 hours.
We were told smaller bags have to go under the seat, these were back packs and not tiny.
I now cannot leave the seat as not able to manoeuvre passed the bags as they are in the way, this is not ideal at all and the crew would not assist.
I thought we were helping the airline by paying for hold luggage and keeping our hand luggage to a minimum.
What a mistake as now too cramped to move, god to think how this would hinder my escape in an emergency,
Looks like if you take huge hand luggage you will be fine and if you above by the rules have tll on sit with your knees in your face as bags Mohave to go under your feet.
Suggested solution:
A emergency row seat was offered for me and when I got my cane to move was told I can’t sit there as I am disabled., this made the whole situation even more embarrassing
