My complaint:

Ref:Flight TS122, 01 May 2022.
Upgraded flight to Club Class at increased cost, Services offered, Priority Boarding, Choice of on board Menue, Lounge facilities.
None of these were provided. More value provided on return flight in Ecconomy.
A registered letter was sent for the attention of Mr. D. Bourdages @ Air Transat H.O. 09 June 2022. No reply to date

Suggested solution:

Provide refund in the amount of additional Club Class fee, or, provide comlimentary Club class upgrades on a future flight.
