Air Transat complaint: No received the service I had paid for

My complaint:

After my husband’s passing, I decided to take my 4 Children and their spouses on a trip to Portugal. My husband and I travelled many times on Air Transat to Amsterdam, we always flew club class. As we enjoyed the service on club class, I booked club class for all 9 of us.
Shortly before our flight we were notified that Air Transat was using HiFly airlines for this service.
Club class on HiFly was the poorest plane and service. The seats barely reclined, there was no overhead light, the seats were taped together, trim along the ceiling was loose. The gourmet dinner was cool tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. We were given an I-pad for entertainment, 3 hours into the flight! No earphones, had to beg for those also! Breakfast was pathetic!! Hoping our return flight would be on an Air Transat plane, as had been promised, we were horrified to have to fly home on the same plane!!! I spend $ 22,000.- on this flight!! I cannot tell you how disappointed we all were!!!

Suggested solution:

I think I deserve a large refund or credit towards future flights. This was no way to treat your paying passengers!!
It would be very highly appreciated if you would send me an explanation about this unfortunate experience!!!
