My complaint:

In a nutshell: (1) We live in Montreal. (2) We booked a 7-day Alaska cruise, departure from Vancouver on Sept. 21st. (3) We booked our Air Transat flight (Montreal – Vancouver -Montreal) leaving on Sept. 20 and return on Sept. 28 through Flighthub. (4) Air Transat cancelled our flight and offered leaving Sept. 19 and return on Sept.27. (5) That option did not work for us, because on Sept 27 the ship would be at sea far from Vancouver.
We decided to book a different Alaska cruise, which was more expensive, from Sept 25 to Oct. 2. (6) Also we had to re book 1 night hotel which was obviously more expensive (7) Flighthub helped us re book our flights without paying any penalties, but they couldn’t offer any compensation – Flighthub said Air Transat had to do it (8) We were trying for weeks to call Air Transat and every time we keep waiting and waiting. Last night I hung up after an hour and a half… (9) Air Transat’s website say their contact center is open 247 which is a big lie.

Suggested solution:

Either an upgrade or at least our seats guaranteed (each way) and 1 checked baggage free of charge (each way).
