My complaint:
I was scheduled to fly home to Toronto from Athens with a 1.5 hour layover in Montreal on Sept. 7, 2022. At the departures desk, the agent only printed my boarding pass for Athens to Montreal and tagged my checked luggage as though it’s final destination was in Montreal. When I arrived in Montreal, I was informed that I needed my boarding pass to Toronto. There was a checkin deak near customs, but the agent could not print it out for whatever reason. I was sent out to the departures desk outside I’d security to have it reprinted and so I had to go through security all over again and report to customs again. Our flight was delayed by an hour. At this point, other than the sparse food provides on the flight, I had not eaten all day. When I arrived in Toronto, as I had expected, my luggage had not arrived. This was a horrible horrible day. I was exhausted, hungry, and frustrated, all of which could have been avoided had the agent in Athens just taken the time to do her job properly.
Suggested solution:
Find my luggage and provide a credit for future flight.
