My complaint:

My name is Nicolas Kozlov and my dad’s name is Sergiy Kozlov. My father and I visited Cuba, Playa Pesquero, on the 3rd of November and we came back to Montreal the 10th. When we came to our destination (hotel), we wanted to use the pool, so the 1st day there I swam for an hour in their pool, and the 2nd day I had a severe allergic reaction on my whole body. My whole body was burning and I was scratching myself constantly. The pool there was awful and it was green and gross. Me and my father had to walk 1 km to go swim in another hotel’s pool and we had to pay money to stay there. We would like to have a refund for both of us, If we aren’t going to have a refund, we’re going to send pictures of the horrible pool and the horrible service there on their website and we’re gonna rate the hotel 35 stars.

Suggested solution:

We would like to have a refund for, the dirty, green pool, the horrible service there and the same food over and over, and for the fact that we couldn't use the pool at all.
