My complaint:
Sydney to Cancun
Plane grounded on gate (unavailable free gate..no weather disruption ) for long time to miss
connection to Cancun.
Stayed in Toronto overnight shortening vacation that was prepaid
and lost 500$ for that day
Requesting compensation for inconvenience and loss of money
Could be reimbursed on some credit that could be used in future Air Canada travel
Suggested solution:
Reimburse day lost ona prepaid day $500 us or credit for next Air Canada travel
