My complaint:

This is the email I sent to Air Canada. Till today, they have not responded.

On my flight to Lisbon, I was in seat 3K and it was not functional and did not recline at all. 20 days later on our return, my wife was assigned 3K and the seat was still non-functional. This is unacceptable for Signature Class as we booked this class to have lie flat beds for the trip. This was worse than an economy seat. I would like compensation for 1 of my 4 family seats to equate to the equivalent of economy fare. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

When the appropriate refund is made, I will be satisfied.
