My complaint:

Missing baggageArrived in Calgary on flight 155 on 13th August. My suitcase was lost I was given a tracking number and told my luggage would be returned to my home in Drumheller on the 14th. I tried checking on the status online and the tracking number is not recognized. I have formed and spent hours on hold nothing I’ve tried other numbers and it sounds like it’s a fax machine just high-pitched screaming unable to Contact anyone. The missing bag has my sleep app machine in it which is a critical piece of medical equipment. It could mean the difference between life and death. Loss of income I was asked to deploy to another work location and I had to refuse it because I do not have my sleep app machine because of Air Canada I am out a considerable amount of money. Suggested solution:

I want to be able to talk to somebody in regards to my missing baggage I want it returned to me ASAP. I believe Air Canada owes me a cash settlement because through no fault of mine I was unable to except a job opportunity because Air Canada lost my baggage with my sleep app machine.
