My complaint:
My original Air Canada ticket – Booking Reference 22FVLX – had the last leg from Vancouver to Las Vegas booked as an illegal connection. AC website states 90 minutes required for connection from international flight, but connection was 9:40 am, 15 minutes after landing at 9:25 am. Ac refused to change booking for another flight (No other AC flights available that day) so booked separate flight on Delta for $312.26.
Suggested solution:
Refund of $312.26 for Delta flight or would not have been able to return home that day from 20 hour international flight prior.
