My complaint:
I asked for a refund and not sure where in the world there was a checkbox where it asked for convert US$ to aeroplan points. I think that was the default and that is the reason I did not see it. Now I am on phone for hours requesting for US$ refund. Air Canada simply put you on hold for one hour since that is the way they will get a break and eventually you will disconnect. Travelling by Air Canada is a no-no specially if you are US citizen

Issue a US$ refund
